The Adventures of Tintin is a 2011 American-French animated science fantasy film directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson. The movie is based on the popular comic book series "The Adventures of Tintin" created by Belgian cartoonist Georges Remi, alias Hergé. Intrepid young reporter, Tintin (voiced by Jamie Bell), and his loyal dog, Snowy, are thrust into a world of high adventure when they discover a ship carrying an explosive secret. As Tintin is drawn into a centuries-old mystery surrounding the treasure of the Unicorn, he finds himself on a thrilling quest to uncover the truth.
