In a desperate bid to stop the outbreak of a deadly virus, Alice (Milla Jovovich), a secret agent with amnesia, is sent to an underground research facility known as Umbrella Corporation. The facility, responsible for creating the deadly T-virus, has mysteriously gone dark, and it's up to Alice to uncover what's happening. Upon arrival, Alice discovers that the virus has escaped containment, transforming most of the facility's inhabitants into ravenous zombies. The creatures, driven by an insatiable hunger for flesh, roam freely, with only a handful of survivors left to fight for their lives. As Alice navigates through the treacherous terrain, she encounters a group of commandos, including Lupo (Oded Fehr) and Rainey (Valerie Immonen), who are also trying to escape the facility. The two groups soon join forces, forming an uneasy alliance against the undead hordes. However, their survival is further complicated by the presence of corrupt Umbrella Corporation officials, who are more interested in covering up the disaster than saving lives. Led by the sinister Wesker (Shawn Roberts), these operatives will stop at nothing to ensure that the true extent of the outbreak remains hidden. As Alice and her companions fight to escape the facility and uncover the secrets behind the T-virus, they begin to unravel a complex web of conspiracy and deceit. Along the way, they encounter terrifying creatures, including giant mutated dogs and monstrous "Licker" creatures with razor-sharp teeth. Throughout the film, Alice's amnesia begins to lift, revealing fragments of her troubled past and her connection to the Umbrella Corporation. This newfound knowledge fuels her determination to stop the virus and avenge the countless lives lost in the chaos. As the stakes grow higher, Alice finds herself facing off against Wesker and his cohorts in a desperate bid to escape the facility and contain the outbreak. With the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, Alice must confront her own demons and make the ultimate sacrifice to save the world from the clutches of the Umbrella Corporation.
