In the gritty underbelly of Los Angeles, a former cop named Jack Harris is forced to confront his demons when he becomes entangled in a web of crime and corruption. After being stripped of his badge and reputation, Jack finds himself in deep financial trouble due to his estranged father's reckless behavior. To make matters worse, his family is left vulnerable to the harsh realities of poverty. Enter Victoria "Vicky" Moreno, a cunning and ruthless female kingpin who offers Jack a chance to clear his debts by working for her organization. Vicky is a master manipulator, using her charm and intelligence to control those around her, including Jack. Despite his reservations, Jack accepts her offer, knowing it's the only way to protect his loved ones from financial ruin. As Jack navigates the treacherous world of organized crime, he finds himself torn between his duty to Vicky and his growing sense of morality.
