Dr. Cyclops is a 1940 American science fiction film directed by Ernest B. Schoedsack, starring Albert Dekker, Valerie Hobson, and Janice Logan. The movie tells the story of four explorers who are invited to Peru by the eccentric and brilliant physicist Dr. Thorkel (Albert Dekker). Upon their arrival, they discover a rich source of radium, which holds the key to unlocking new scientific discoveries. However, things take a dramatic turn when Dr. Thorkel, who has become obsessed with his research, uses his latest invention - a machine that can shrink objects to one-fifth their normal size - on the explorers.
