Here is the plot summary of Be Kind Rewind: Be Kind Rewind tells the story of Jerry (Jack Black), a charming but slightly eccentric man who becomes magnetized when trying to rescue his friend Fritzi (Mos Def) from a sticky situation. Unbeknownst to Jerry, this newfound magnetism has an unexpected effect on his friend's video store - it erases every single tape in the store, rendering them useless. To make matters worse, the store's most loyal renter, Ms. Fawcett (Chloe Sevigny), is due to return a precious copy of "Ghosts of the Abyss" by James Cameron. As Jerry and Fritzi try to figure out how to replace the lost tapes, they decide to recreate them themselves - using an old VHS camera and their own improvisational skills.
