Plot
In the decaying city of Kaiko, where poverty and crime are rampant, a ruthless businessman named Takeda sees an opportunity to capitalize on the desperation of its citizens. He announces his candidacy for mayor, promising to bring order and prosperity to the troubled metropolis. But as he begins to campaign, Takeda's true intentions become clear: he plans to use his position to further enrich himself at the expense of the city's already struggling residents. Meanwhile, a group of rough-around-the-edges individuals, each with their own personal demons, find themselves drawn into Takeda's orbit. There's Koji, a former boxer turned debt collector; Akemi, a beautiful and deadly assassin; and Kenji, a young thug looking for a way out of his tough situation. As Takeda's campaign gains momentum, these characters are forced to confront their own dark pasts and face off against the corrupt businessman in a series of brutal showdowns.
